Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of helix.bio and the purchase of research-grade peptide compounds from Helix Peptide Research ("Helix", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a qualified researcher, licensed clinician, or healthcare provider — or purchasing on behalf of one in a professional capacity — to buy from this site. By completing an order you make the attestations set out in our Research-use & Compliance policy.
2. Products
All products are sold as research reagents for in-vitro laboratory use. They are not approved for human therapeutic use by any regulatory authority. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe is intended for personal consumption, redistribution to non-qualified buyers, or any use inconsistent with the Research-use & Compliance policy.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and Indonesian rupiah (IDR). IDR prices are derived from a fixed reference rate and are non-binding until an invoice is issued. Payment is collected by Stripe at checkout (or, where indicated, by direct bank transfer for Indonesian buyers). Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our Canggu fulfillment facility.
4. Shipping
Domestic Indonesian and Bali-local orders ship via Gojek (instant), JNE (next-day), or SiCepat (next-day). International orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority with insulated cold-chain packaging. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or inspection fees levied by the destination country. See our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, full refunds are available on orders that have not yet shipped, and on shipped orders if the Certificate of Analysis we publish does not match the lot you receive.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photography, the Helix brand mark, written descriptions, the verification framework, and source code — is the property of Helix Peptide Research or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
All products are provided "as is" for research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Helix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of products purchased on this site, regardless of the legal theory advanced.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helix, its officers, and its suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any product purchased on this site.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Denpasar, Bali. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
