Shipping Policy

Helix ships research-grade peptides worldwide from our cold-chain fulfillment facility in Canggu, Bali. The dispatch options below are designed to balance temperature integrity, cost, and customs predictability for each lane.

1. Dispatch lanes

1a. Bali local (same-day)

Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua. Cold-chain hand-off by Gojek or in-house courier. Order cutoff 14:00 WITA for same-day delivery; later orders dispatch next morning. Free over IDR 4,800,000 (~USD 300), otherwise IDR 80,000.

1b. Indonesia domestic (next-day)

JNE YES or SiCepat HALU. 1–2 business days to most major Indonesian cities. Cold insulation + ice pack included. Free over IDR 4,800,000, otherwise IDR 120,000.

1c. Southeast Asia (DHL Express)

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong. 2–3 business days. Insulated mailer + cold pack. USD 35, free over USD 300.

1d. Asia-Pacific & Oceania

Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia (where permitted — see Compliance), New Zealand. 3–5 business days via DHL Express. USD 45, free over USD 300.

1e. Europe, Middle East, Africa

4–6 business days via DHL Express. Cold-chain integrity maintained by phase-change insulation (2–8°C for 72 hours). USD 55, free over USD 500.

1f. Americas

3–5 business days (US, Canada, Mexico) via DHL Express. South America via FedEx International Priority. USD 65, free over USD 500. Note: Canadian shipments subject to additional inspection under Health Canada's Border Watch program.

2. Cold-chain packaging

All shipments use an insulated mailer with a phase-change cold pack validated to maintain 2–8°C for 72 hours. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for up to 14 days without measurable degradation, so the cold pack is a comfort-margin rather than a hard requirement, but we include it on every order because it makes customs transit less risky in hot climates.

3. Tracking

Every shipment carries a tracking number issued at dispatch. Tracking is sent by email and (for Indonesian domestic) by WhatsApp. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of order placement, please check spam, then contact us.

4. Customs & import duties

The buyer is the importer of record in the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and inspection fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee. We provide:

• Commercial invoice declaring each SKU, lot number, and unit value.
• Statement "Research reagent — not for human use — for in-vitro laboratory investigation only."
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) where the carrier requires it.
• Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the specific lot shipped.

5. Restricted destinations

We do not ship to:

• Australia (TGA restriction on personal importation of unapproved peptides)
• Canada (Health Canada Schedule F prescription status — clinical/laboratory licenses may qualify, contact us first)
• United Kingdom (Home Office framework)
• Any country where the importation or possession of research peptides is prohibited by local law

Shipments refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund. Please confirm your eligibility before ordering.

6. Delays

Carriers occasionally experience delays for reasons outside our control (weather, customs inspection, peak-season volume). We will assist with tracking inquiries but cannot accept liability for carrier-caused delays beyond the §2 cold-pack window.

7. Lost shipments

If tracking shows the package lost in transit for more than 7 business days, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.
