Research-use & Compliance
Research-use & Compliance
Helix Peptide Research (PT, Indonesia) supplies research-grade peptide compounds exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and analytical use. This page describes the regulatory framework we operate within, the buyer qualifications we require, and the limits of what we sell.
1. Product classification
All compounds listed on this website are sold strictly as research reagents for laboratory use. They are:
- Not approved by any regulatory body for human therapeutic use.
- Not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, the Indonesian Badan POM (BPOM), the Singapore Health Sciences Authority, or any equivalent authority for safety or efficacy.
- Not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease in humans or animals.
- Not represented as sterile pharmaceuticals, injectable preparations, or compounded medicines.
2. Buyer attestation
By accessing this site and completing an order, you attest that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are a qualified researcher, licensed clinician, healthcare provider, or purchasing agent acting on behalf of such a person in a professional capacity.
- You will use the products solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, or other non-clinical laboratory work.
- You will not redistribute the products to individuals intending personal consumption, and you understand such use is unapproved and unregulated.
- You will handle the products in accordance with your institution's laboratory safety standards and applicable hazardous-materials regulations.
3. Country-specific restrictions
We do not ship to countries where the importation or possession of research peptides is prohibited. The current restricted list includes, but is not limited to:
- Australia (TGA prohibits personal importation of unapproved peptides)
- Canada (Health Canada Schedule F prescription status)
- United Kingdom (Home Office controlled-substance framework)
Shipments refused by customs are not eligible for refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the product, the quantity, and the declared use comply with the laws of the destination country.
4. Import & customs
For all international shipments we provide:
- Commercial invoice with full product name, SKU, lot number, declared value, and "research reagent — not for human use."
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) when required by carrier.
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued by an independent third-party laboratory (Janoshik Analytical, Germany) for the specific lot shipped.
The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
5. Storage and handling
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C ± 5°C in a desiccated environment protected from direct light. Reconstituted peptides in bacteriostatic water (BAC 0.9%) should be used within 30 days when held at 2–8°C and should not be subjected to repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
6. Adverse events
Because these products are not approved for human use and are not dispensed to walk-in retail customers, this site does not collect or process adverse-event reports in the manner of a registered pharmaceutical establishment. Any correspondence suggesting human consumption will be treated as misuse of product and may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
7. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or our internal compliance framework. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active buyers where we hold a valid contact address.
