How we work

Three commitments we don't break.

Sourcing:

We buy direct from the people who make the molecule.

No brokers, no relabelers, no mystery import companies. We work with three named synthesis facilities in mainland China, each of which we have visited, each of which carries documented ISO-class clean rooms and GMP-aligned workflows. The peptide that arrives in your vial is the peptide that left the reactor — there is no one in between us and the bench chemist.

Tertiary

Purity:

We send every lot to an independent lab and publish the result.

The assay lives on the product page. The lot number is on the vial. If you can read a CoA, you can verify what you're holding. We don't take shortcuts on screening — every batch passes HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, endotoxin (LAL), and residual solvent (USP <467>) before we put a label on it.

Verification:

This is what it looks like when you have nothing to hide.

Every product page shows the assay. Every vial ships with the batch number printed on the label and the matching CoA downloadable by QR code. We make the supplier's identity, the lab's identity, and the lot's analytical record public — because in a category where most competitors hide all three, the only honest move is to publish them.

Verification

Find your lot, read your CoA.

Every vial ships with a batch number on the label. Match it to the CoA published on the product page — that's the same document we received from Janoshik. If your lot isn't on the page, email us and we'll publish it.

01
Locate the lot number printed on the vial label (format HX26-XXXX).
02
Open the product page and scroll to the Verification tab.
03
Download the matching CoA PDF — it carries the same lot ID and a Janoshik signature.
04
If anything reads off, we'll fund an independent re-test at your lab of choice.
FIG 05 — ANALYTICS
Every lot, every batch

The full analytical record.

HPLC purity ≥99%

Main-peak area, run in duplicate, identity confirmed by retention time against reference standard.

Mass spectrometry

ESI-MS molecular-ion match within 0.05% of theoretical. Identity is not a claim, it's a measurement.

LAL endotoxin

Kinetic chromogenic assay, <5 EU/mg on every batch — the same limit used for injectable preparations.

USP <467> residuals

Class 2 solvent panel — acetonitrile, methanol, TFA — all below ICH Q3C limits before release.

Batch traceability

Every vial carries a unique lot ID. The synthesis record, the CoA, and the shipping manifest are linked.

Cold-chain dispatch

Phase-change insulated shippers, dispatched within 24h of order, tracked door-to-door with DHL/FedEx.

The people behind the label.

Helix is reviewed by a standing scientific advisory board. Every claim on this site has been read by a clinician or chemist before it shipped.

Consult pathway

Not a research lab? Talk to a clinician.

For individuals and clinics who need a prescription-grade intake. We route your request to a licensed physician in your jurisdiction, then ship to the address on the script.

  • Coverage in 14 countries via licensed partner physicians
  • Initial consult from $0 — you only pay if accepted into a program
  • Compounded at registered pharmacies, never repackaged
  • RUO position retained on the research lane — this is a parallel path, not a redirect

FIG 08 — FAQ
Frequently asked

The honest version.

No. Every compound on this site is sold for research use only (RUO). The labels, the marketing, and the invoice all say so. We do not advise, suggest, or imply human use. If you want a prescription-grade pathway, see the Consult section — that is a separate process through a licensed physician.
Three named synthesis facilities in mainland China — Hangzhou, Wuhan, and Shanghai. Each carries ISO-class clean rooms, GMP-aligned workflows, and a multi-year operating history. We've visited them. We publish the lab identity (Janosik Analytical, Germany) and we publish the CoA per lot. We do not use brokers.
Domestic (ID): same-day dispatch before 5pm Mon–Sat. International: 24–72h door-to-door with DHL/FedEx priority, in insulated shippers with phase-change material. Tracking and customs documentation provided for every order. Cryo shippers available for heat-sensitive compounds.
We currently ship to 47 countries. If yours isn't on the list, write to us — most country restrictions are paperwork, not physics, and we can usually work around them. Where the customs framework genuinely doesn't allow it, we'll tell you up front rather than failing the shipment.
A separate, prescription-only lane for individuals and clinics. You submit an intake form, we route it to a physician licensed in your jurisdiction, the physician evaluates, and if accepted the prescription is filled at a registered compounding pharmacy. The RUO lane (this site) and the consult lane are intentionally kept separate.
Two reasons. First, we buy direct from the synthesis facility — there's no broker margin between us and the bench chemist. Second, we're willing to operate on a tighter gross margin than the western suppliers who pay for US/EU distribution, US clinical liaisons, and US pharmacy rep commissions. The CoA is the same. The molecule is the same. The price is just honest.
Full refund on orders that haven't shipped. On shipped orders, we refund the lot cost if the CoA you receive doesn't match the published CoA — that's the only condition we ask you to verify. We do not refund based on research outcomes.
